ARRIVING TIME OF MY ORDER
- Orders as dispatched from our warehouse based in Medellin, Colombia, and are usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
- Our delivery time depends on the region:
- USA & Canada: 7-10 business days
- Latam & Europe: 10-12 business days
- Australia, Asia & Africa: 12-15 business days

- All orders require a signature on Delivery, so please make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
- We don’t deliver to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied
