  • The amount paid in the checkout is the final price, you won´t have to pay any extra fees to receive our Noise products.

  • The cost of shipping varies according to your location, when you enter your shipping information, the platform will tell you the cost of shipping.

    • Orders as dispatched from our warehouse based in Medellin, Colombia, and are usually delivered within 5-7 working days.
    • Our delivery time depends on the region:
    • USA & Canada: 7-10 business days
    • Latam & Europe: 10-12 business days
    • Australia, Asia & Africa: 12-15 business days

    TRACKING NUMBER


    • When your order is placed you will be sent an email with your confirmation and your tracking number. In case you don’t receive our email, you can email us at sales@noise-lab.com 
    • All orders require a signature on Delivery, so please make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
    • We don’t deliver to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied
