- All returned items must be unused, unstained, damaged free, unworn, and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors, as received. If bottoms don´t have the Hygienic protectors, your return request will be denied

- Shipping costs on returns will be assumed by Noise Lab for orders over $200 USD.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges. However, you may return your product and place a new order.

- All refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received by NOISE LAB.
- Products must be returned in a package. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns of the same order sent at different times.
- Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original shipment (FEDEX)
- You will get your refund if your request is approved and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation about your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation your order has been shipped
CANCELATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

The term of availability of spare parts, parts, supplies and trained labor in the event of a repair request will be 15 business days from the date we receive the merchandise for repair. The costs associated with a repair - not covered by warranty - will be borne by the customer.
